A special art show by ARC artists will be on display in the Conference Room 

Mon, June 29th - Fri, July 11th with an opening reception Mon, June 29th at 4 PM. Refreshments will be served. 

The art show will be open to the public to view any time during ARC’s hours of operation as part of our ongoing celebration of the 250th Anniversary of America’s Founding.

With the McLean County Museum of History - Author and historian Guy Fraker will trace the influence of the Declaration of Independence on Abraham Lincoln's career, and how Lincoln viewed this document as the moral foundation of the nation and central to Lincoln's belief in democracy. Dress in your favorite vintage, military, or 1940s-inspired attire, and get ready to swing, socialize, and celebrate the spirit of the USO! Registration required.

Pick up vendor forms at the ARC front desk starting July 1st. Vendor forms must be submitted by September 11th & will be accepted first come, first served.  


This event is open to the public!  We encourage you to bring family and friends to browse the vendor booths full of great handmade items that make amazing gifts for the holiday season. A portion of all proceeds will be donated by vendors to support ARC programs and services.

ARC & the ARC Living Memorial Fund would like to extend many thanks to the organizations who participated in sponsorship of the Hollywood Trivia Night on 3/9. A huge thank you to our Lead Sponsor, Bloomington Normal Community Bank. With your support, we were able to put all $5,711 dollars raised towards supporting ARC's programs and services. Thank you to our table sponsors: Phillips CPA's, Sarah Grammer - Normal Township Supervisor, United Healthcare, The Normalite Newspaper Group, Friends of Dan Brady and David Siebert - Candidate for County Board District 2. It means a lot to us that you were either able to participate yourself or allow for members who may not otherwise have been able to participate to join us for the fun and festivities. Thank you to Sherman's for helping us provide a 49" LG 4K TV as a raffle prize by giving us a great deal! The first annual trivia fundraiser at VFW Post 454 in Bloomington was a blast!  Twelve teams pre-registered and one showed up to play the night of the event.  After a competitive six rounds, Sam Quigle's team, Pickleball Bill's Aces came out on top!  Participants also took part in a prize raffle and 50/50 drawing.  In total, $1,338.00 was raised for the ARC Living Memorial Fund.  Thank you to everyone who came out to play!  We look forward to hosting trivia again in the future!

Peace Meal is Seeking Volunteers!

Would you be interested in assisting Peace Meal as a volunteer on salad bar days (Wednesdays) from 11 AM - 12:30 PM? Duties include prepping to-go meals, serving soup, and more!  Let an ARC Management Team member know!
