Stamping Card Class: T, April 7th & 21st, 10:00 AM
Instructor: Andrea Monninger
You will take home 2 homemade cards. Personalize your cards with stamps, cutouts, glitter, etc. Bring a pair of scissors, clear glue or a snail (crafter’s tape), colored pencils or pens and your imagination. *LIMIT ONE FREE CLASS* Registration required.

Textures in Watercolor Class: S, April 11th, 9:30 AM or T, April 14th, 9:30 AM
Instructor: Carol Boerckel
Make exciting textures in watercolor. Try different landscape designs using plastic wrap and glued tissue paper. All supplies provided. Text any questions to Carol. at 309-230-8743. Registration required. Location: Classroom

Drumming with Nancy Nork: S, April 18th, 10 AM The Act of Drumming has been found to be effective for balancing out the right and left-brain hemispheres. Using drumsticks and stability ball, we’ll have a BALL pounding out and creating our own moving musical masterpiece. This beat will energize your body, mind, and spirit. Dirt Pudding Treat with Traditions Health: M, April 20th, 12:30 - 1:00 PM
Enjoy a treat with Traditions Health to celebrate ARC’s anniversary and all the fun and growth that spring brings with a dirt pudding cup complete with pudding, Oreos and gummy worms. Location: Bonnie’s Cafe

Internet TV: T, April 21st, 1:00 PM
Tired of paying that high Cable TV bill? Instructor, Nancy Komlanc, The Tech Tutor, will show you step-by-step how many of us are saving $50 - $100/month by gradually moving from watching Cable TV channels to Internet Streaming TV channels. Using the same internet connection, you can still watch your favorite shows, movies, sports, local news, Netflix, Amazon Prime, & more! In this class Nancy will compare costs of local Internet Service Providers and streaming subscription services, Plus show you how to set-up an inexpensive device to a TV so you can save $$$! Registration required. Registration closes 1 day in advance of scheduled class. Location: Conference Room

Music Bingo with Twin City Music Bingo
W, April 22nd, 5:00 - 6:30 PM
Join us for Music Bingo with Twin City Music Bingo and your host Matt Drat. Music bingo combines two things everyone loves into one night full of fun and prizes. Here’s how it works: Each player gets 4 bingo cards and an answer key for each round. The host will play a clip from a song, and you will find the song title on your answer key and mark the number on your bingo card associated with that artist. Don’t know the song? No problem! Ask a table mate, or use the Shazam App. ARC staff will also be there with their apps in hand to help where needed! There will be a 50s/60s playlist and a 70s/80s playlist. Winners will take home a gift card prize. Participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy pizza sponsored by Papa John’s during the event. Registration required. Location: Rec Room

All You Need Is Zumba Party: S, April 25th, 10 AM
Get in a great Zumba workout suitable for all mobility levels with instructor Tracie Allen. Door prizes and refreshments will be provided. Workout starts at 10 AM in the Rec Room. No registration required.

The first annual trivia fundraiser at VFW Post 454 in Bloomington was a blast! Twelve teams pre-registered and one showed up to play the night of the event. After a competitive six rounds, Sam Quigle's team, Pickleball Bill's Aces came out on top! Participants also took part in a prize raffle and 50/50 drawing. In total, $1,338.00 was raised for the ARC Living Memorial Fund. Thank you to everyone who came out to play! We look forward to hosting trivia again in the future!
