Payment is expected upon registration. Exercise classes are considered "Products" under the "Purchase" tab through the Member Portal.

R&B Line Dance: M, March 2nd, 9th, & 16th & W, March 4th & 11th, 4:15 PM & S, March 14th, 10 AM
Instructor: Lorraine
Get ready to grove and move to the smooth sounds of R & B. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned dancer, this fun class will have you stepping in sync to your favorite hits. Your instructor will guide you through easy-to-follow routines that combine classic line dance steps with soulful R & B vibes. Perfect for anyone looking to learn new moves, meet great people and stay active.

Social Ballroom Dance (J1): TH, 2 PM
Instructors: John DiMascio & Opal Virtue
March will focus on salsa & merengue. Last 30 min. of each class will consist of social dancing. Those who would like to rotate partners are welcome to do so. Cost to attend for the month of March is $10. Social Ballroom Dance will start on Thursday, March 5th. Location: Exercise Studio
Advanced Line Dance (F3), M, W,

Zumba® Gold Chair, T, (T1), TH, (T2),

Enjoy energetic, low-impact seated choreography that combines strength and resistance training with innovative dance moves. Use a chair as your dance partner. The cost to attend this class in March is $25 for Tuesdays (5 classes) and $20 for Thursdays (4 classes). Pick one day, or enjoy both. Zumba Gold Chair will start on Tuesday, March 3rd. Zumba® Gold (T3): T, 11 - 11:30 AM

Perfect for active older adults who are just beginning Zumba® and/or looking for a shorter, modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. The cost to attend this class in March is $25 for 5 classes. Zumba Gold will start on Tuesday, March 3rd. Location: Rec Room
Zumba® Gold Toning (T4): TH, 11 - 11:30 AM

Zumba® Gold-Toning blends the Zumba® party you love at a slower pace for 30 minutes with a redefining total body workout using Zumba® Toning Sticks or 1lb weights (provided) to shake up those muscles! Zumba® Fitness T, (T5) &: TH, (T6), 12-1 PM

Get ready to move and groove with Zumba® Fitness—a high-energy workout that blends low- and high-intensity moves choreographed to global rhythms. It’s an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party that keeps you smiling while you sweat!
On Tuesdays, we take it up a notch by adding Zumba® Toning! Using lightweight toning sticks, we combine dance and resistance training for a total-body workout. The first half of class focuses on toning and sculpting, while the second half keeps the dance party going. On Thursdays, it’s all about the Zumba® Fitness experience—a full hour of non-stop, feel-good dance moves! By combining cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness is known as “exercise in disguise.” The cost to attend this class in March is $45 for Tuesdays (5 classes) and $36 for Thursdays (4 classes). Modified Yoga (C1) : M, W,10 - 11 AM

Modified Yoga uses restorative yoga, adaptations and a slower pace to help both men and women improve balance, flexibility, fitness and relaxation. This is a highly personalized class that is structured according to individual needs. It is ideal for, but not limited to, people with Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, and/or any other health, age, or weight issue. The cost to attend this class in March is $45 for 9 classes. Modified Yoga will start on Monday, March 2nd. Location: Yoga Studio
Gentle Yoga (M1), W,10 - 11 AM
Instructor: Michelle Mollet
Michelle begins all classes with a tapping for energy sequence, followed by balance work and stretching exercises. She works on core strength, hand and arm stretching and strength, and leg/hip opening. Classes may change a bit once Michelle gets to know her groups. Please dress comfortably for ease of movement. Bring a mat (limited available), a water bottle, and a blanket if you think you’ll need one for savasana. Please refrain from wearing perfumes or other strong scents due to instructor allergies. The cost to attend this class in March is $20 for 4 classes. Gentle Yoga will start on Wednesday, March 4th. Location: Celebration Room
Spring Equinox Yoga: W, March 18th, 5:50 PM

Celebrate the spring equinox with a gentle, flowing practice designed to renew, release, reenergize and reawaken your mind, body and spirit with breath work, Yoga/Tai Chi inspired movements and meditation. Stretches aimed at strengthening the core and adding flexibility. Will focus on the core by adding endurance movements. Tuesday workouts will incorporate yoga moves. Bring a mat. Location: Celebration Room

Low and Slow is a gentle exercise program choreographed to all kinds of music. Music changes weekly so you will never get bored. The cost to attend this class in March is $27 for 9 classes. Low & Slow will start on Tuesday, March 3rd. Location: Exercise Studio
Triple Treat (N1) M, 9 AM
Instructor: Nancy Norkiewicz
Treat Yourself to a refreshing class of cross training incorporating the components of cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and healthy mobility, for well-rounded results. A variety of moderate low impact formats and props, coupled with familiar music, will keep motivation high while letting your spirit soar. Class concludes with positive, centering breathwork and meditation. The cost to attend this class in March is $30 for 5 classes. Triple Treat will start on Monday, March 2nd. Funtastic Friday (N2) F, 9 AM

Wrap up the week or wake up your weekend with this cross-training class guaranteed to energize your mind/body/spirit. Each class will sport a new theme, with different skills and equipment to add challenge, intrigue and mental motivation to your fitness regimen. Variety is the Spice of Fitness -just say TGIF today! The cost to attend this class in March is $24 for 4 classes or $7/individual class. This class will start on March 6th. Location: Exercise Studio
Drumming with Nancy Nork
S, March 21st, 10 AM
The Act of Drumming has been found to be effective for balancing out the right and left-brain hemispheres. Using drumsticks and stability ball, we’ll have a BALL pounding out and creating our own moving musical masterpiece. This beat will energize your body, mind, and spirit. Cost: $7.00. Dancing for Dogs with Nancy Nork
S, March 28th, 10 AM
Circuit-style workouts are one of the most effective, time efficient ways to improve your health. Time flies in this class consisting of motivating music, a full body warm-up, low- impact cardiovascular and strength stations (stations will change every class to keep the body guessing), an elongating stretch, and a final calming meditation. Donation to Ruby’s Rescue. Cash or check donation will be collected day of class. Registration is not required. Just come on in to join the fun for a good cause! Location: Exercise Studio

Active Group Training: Tuesdays & Thursdays, March 3rd - 31st, 4:30 - 5:30 PM, 1/week (S4) 2/week (S5)
This group training class is designed for those who are currently active or who are in relatively good shape and want to return to/enhance their healthy lifestyle

Easy-Going Group Training
Mondays, 1 - 2 PM & Thursdays, 11 AM - 12 PM, March 2nd - 30th, 1/week (S3) 2/week (S10)
This group training class is designed for those who have been sedentary and want to get moving. Many exercises will be conducted with chair assistance.
Location: Celebration Room
Cost to participate in a group training class for this month is $40 for once a week and $80 for twice a week. Registration is required.
Those wishing to attend both group training and one-on-one personal training will be charged $100 for one-day PT and one-day GT combo and $120 for one-day PT and two-day GT combo.

Fit & Fabulous (Z1), T & TH, 12:30 - 1:30 PM
Instructor: Lucy Croft (on Zoom)
Lucy will continue to offer Fit & Fabulous classes virtually for ARC members. These classes will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30—1:30 PM. For more info on how to register and pay Lucy directly, contact her at lmcfitness10@gmail.com. ARC will provide a space in the Exercise Studio if you would like to Zoom with others instead of at home. The cost to attend these in-person Zoom sessions at ARC is $10 a month, in addition to the class fees paid to Lucy. Location: Exercise Studio
Intermediate Tai Chi & Qigong
M, W, F, 11 AM
Includes instruction in Qigong and Yang style long form. Emphasis is on coordination of movement with breath and improving strength and balance. All participants are encouraged to attend beginners practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays, as well. Wear comfortable shoes and loose-fitting clothing. Location: Exercise Studio
Beginner’s Tai Chi & Qigong
T, TH, 11 AM
Beginners introduction to the static movements of Qigong, the various postures of Tai-Chi, and an introduction to Tai Chi meditation. Qigong movement increases strength and balance, and Tai Chi postures will be broken down into their most basic components. This practice is suitable for beginning and mid-level Tai Chi practitioners.
